Well, that's something. Only a half-pound, and who knows if it's real or not. After staying constant at 197.5 for 4 days, though, it's nice to see it go down even a little.

This week is going to be kind of rough. I've got a business trip starting Wednesday, and it's going to take every bit of time between now and then to get ready for it. Between getting laundry/home stuff done and getting the workload down low enough that one guy can hold down the fort for 3 days, I'm going to need every bit of time between now and then to get ready.
Though I don't really have time for this today, I didn't want to skip it after only one day and risk never picking it up again. So--food log.
