Weight: 197.0

Well, that's something. Only a half-pound, and who knows if it's real or not. After staying constant at 197.5 for 4 days, though, it's nice to see it go down even a little.

Day 2* - 7/24/06

Weight: 197.5

This week is going to be kind of rough. I've got a business trip starting Wednesday, and it's going to take every bit of time between now and then to get ready for it. Between getting laundry/home stuff done and getting the workload down low enough that one guy can hold down the fort for 3 days, I'm going to need every bit of time between now and then to get ready.

Though I don't really have time for this today, I didn't want to skip it after only one day and risk never picking it up again. So--food log.

eggs: 115
raspberries: 60

nonfat latte: 160
yogurt: 100

catfish fillets: 435 (this was not planned)
shrimp fried rice: 320 (see also: catfish)
iced tea

*no, I did not fall into a time warp. I just don't count weekends on the plan right now. I will start to if this becomes a hindrance, but for now it's just easier to leave them out.

Day 1

Starting weight: 197.5

I'm going to start posting diet and exercise logs again, at least for a while. I want to be able to go back and see what I did in the past, and I tend to lose paper journals. It's pretty hard to misplace the internet.

NOTE: All calorie counts are estimates, based on food labels or fitday's defaults. For this log, I rounded fitday's numbers to multiples of 5.
