I'm not weighing in today...well, actually, that's not true. I did weigh in today, and the number is so utterly disheartening that I'm pretending it didn't exist. Let's just say that if I were to count this week's weigh-in, my component fund would now be in the negative numbers.

Posted by Joy at May 25, 2007 08:28 AMWhen I resumed running last year after a 10 year hiatus, my weight went up 5 pounds and stayed there about 3 weeks before it started coming down. I was incredibly frustrated but decided to just keep going and sure enough, the scale started responding. Hang in there!
