Weigh-in and FMF Rerun, Original air date: 2/2/07

I was a little worried about the weigh-in this week, since the scale numbers had been pretty terrible up till yesterday. However, the pre-century over-hydrating I've been doing over the past week must finally be doing the job, because I was down nearly 1 lb. from two weeks ago. 196.8 this morning, for a loss of .8 since my last weigh in. Woo! Now I just need to lose about 27 more in the next 3 weeks to make my MS150 challenge goal. :)

As for the music, this week's selections are the same ones I posted on February 2nd. I'm not sure what happened to Jan 26...was I sick that week? I don't remember.

UPDATE: Links/files removed.

Catch the Wind - Donovan

Kathy's Song - Simon & Garfunkel

Lakes of Pontchartrain - Be Good Tanyas

So Close to My Heart - Dar Williams

Blue Light of the Flame - Dar Williams

And as a bonus...if you thought Death Cab couldn't get more morbidly romantic than I Will Follow You Into the Dark, take a listen to the lyrics on this one:

What Sarah Said - Death Cab For Cutie

Uplifting, eh? :P It is pretty, though. Right-click, save-as, have a safe and happy weekend.
