Weigh-in & FMF Rerun - Original air date: 1/12/07

I'm not sure when I first messed up my song uploads, so I'm starting with January. The Christmas songs before that may have been garbled also, but the moment has passed for those, I think. The following songs were originally a first-five post from January 12:

For the weigh-in, I think it was originally posted back in January as well--197.6. Sigh. I know I've said this before, but it's time to quit f--king around here. Either I'm trying to lose weight or I'm not, but this saying I am and then doing nothing to make it happen? Not really working for me anymore. Time for a new plan...definitely one with less food.
