This week is going to be kind of rough. I've got a business trip starting Wednesday, and it's going to take every bit of time between now and then to get ready for it. Between getting laundry/home stuff done and getting the workload down low enough that one guy can hold down the fort for 3 days, I'm going to need every bit of time between now and then to get ready.
Though I don't really have time for this today, I didn't want to skip it after only one day and risk never picking it up again. So--food log.

*no, I did not fall into a time warp. I just don't count weekends on the plan right now. I will start to if this becomes a hindrance, but for now it's just easier to leave them out.
