I just wanted to mention that I'm also waiting on a snapshot from the dinner table that I thought was better, but I may have to harass a co-worker to get it. I'll post it if it ever becomes available.

WOW!!! You look REALLY great in that outfit! Great choice! It's very flattering.

You really do look a lot slimmer in this year's picture! Those 6 lbs have made a difference, but it's probably that your body has adjusted to your lesser weight and more exercise.
I am struggling to lose weight (and keeping it off) myself so I know what I'm talking about. LOL
