I intended another workout that I didn't get, but I also resisted the (powerful!) urge to go eat Mexican with my co-workers instead of working out in the afternoon, so it balanced out.
Today, I really need to get the water intake up, and keep the calories in the 1300-1500 range. The 1800s are fine, and better than I've been doing for a while, but I really want a 2-lb loss this week. I was at 179 this morning, so I'm hoping to flush out another pound by tomorrow.
I've brought water from home, since access to bottled water at the office has been sporadic, and my planned day falls in the middle of the 1500s. I'm going to see 178 tomorrow--I can feel it.

Even though I am on target to bike 150 miles this week, and calories have averaged 2200, I have gained 2 pounds. Oh well, maybe I should just use the mirror as my guide for a while.

Lifting 6x and 150 miles a week? You put me to shame! I can barely manage 2 lifting days and 50 miles. If I did your schedule, I'd need a wheelchair by Friday. :)
But, your neighbors tell you you're looking buff, so hey...even if it's keeping you from dropping the weight, the lifting's doing its job.

Ive decided to just use the mirror for a while. Scale is messing me up and draggin me down. I know I have another 10 pounds to lose - but it might take a while.
