My legs are pretty sore today...I always forget that when I abandon my strength workouts for a few weeks, I can't just pick up where I left off. Well, I can, but it's going to seem harder, and it's going to hurt more the next day. And probably the day after that.

Hey, since we chatted about kathy yeterday, have you thought about/looked @ yourselffitness.com. That's the virtual personal trainer for pc/xbox and something else. It's fairly affordable, pc version is 30 and it seems to tailor workouts for you. Most of the blogs I've read that user her (maya) rave. I'm looking into getting it myself in a few weeks.

ooh...I have heard of that, but I had forgotten. For $30, it's definitely worth looking into.

I did end up buying the Kathy DVDs, so hopefully those will work well for me, too.
