On my original plan, yesterday was a 1400 calorie day. After giving in to the siren songs of the Dove promises chocolates in my desk drawer and Berryhill takeout, it didn't quite end up that way.
UPDATE: Hey, I just discovered that yesterday was Eat What You Want Day! Like, officially. So I wasn't PMS-bingeing after all...I was observing a holiday!

The run yesterday felt really good...I started slowly, which I think helped with the overall endurance. I also made myself ignore the HRM, which I think helped psychologically. I ran the 2 miles straight through, and even considered for a second upping the run distance to 2.5 miles. But only for a second. :)
