I still haven't worked out the calories eaten, but I keep writing the workout numbers down in various places (the HRM only saves one workout at a time, so I lose the old one when I start a new one). I thought I'd go ahead and log them here so that I don't have to keep track of the notes anymore.

The weather made a huge difference on this run, I think. It was beautiful--mid 60s, light breeze, sunshine. It actually felt good to be out there running, and my HR only got up to 166 at its highest point (when I immediately slowed it back down). I felt like I could have gone for longer than I did...and I really wish I had, since I had intended to go 2 miles in the first place (see footnote).
*Grr. I intended to go 2 miles, but I miscalculated the mileage on the road. A route I thought was 1.8 miles was actually 1.6. Sigh. I really should drive the route before I run it, not after. Ah, well.
