Since I'm an eediot, I forgot to write down the HRM stats from my first workout yesterday before the second workout overwrote them. I remember the time, and I subtracted the calorie burn from all my other workouts this week from the weekly tally to get the calories, but I don't know the avg HR or the in-zone time.
