*2-3 sets of two exercises for every muscle group I could remember--legs, back, chest, arms, shoulders, glutes. Sets went 12-10-8 reps, with the weight going higher each set (ie, first set 12 reps @ 5 lbs, next set 10 reps @ 10 lbs). Also 3 sets of 12 on abs.
