*Chest, back, arms, abs. Average 2 sets of 10-12 per exercise, 2-3 exercises per body part, except for abs. Abs were 4 sets of 12, each set in different position. Oh, and 3 30-second planks.
Weights ranged from 3-lb dumbells for most of the shoulder exercises to 40 lbs on that machine I did the rows. I'll try to document this better next time.
