My burrito has 21g of fat, and
579 calories. How about yours?
This is what I'm eating right now. A Chip0tle burrito b0l, with black beans, chicken, fajita veggies, mild tomato salsa, corn salsa, and lettuce. In addition to the high-ish fat and calorie count up there, it has an absolutely astronomical sodium content (almost 2500mg). But...but it also has over 100% of the daily values for vitamins A and C! And it's very tasty.
But none of those things are the main reason I'm eating it today. The real reason I go to Chip0tle anymore is that I run out of plastic forks in my office. Chip0tle is my plasticware supplier of choice...their forks are sturdy, clear plastic, and in big bins by the drink machine. I grab a handful every time I go there, and I don't eat there again until the next time I run out. Sure, I could go to the Kroger and pick up a 100-pack of plastic forks for 99 cents, but that would give me no rationalization for going to Chip0tle.
So, do I get the burrito so that I can restock my forks, or do I restock my forks there so I can get a burrito? It's like the age-old question of chicken and the egg, really.
