That 35:30 up there was 2.5 miles, and a new personal record time. If my math is right, that put my average mile speed at 4.22 mph. My last personal best for this same distance was 37 minutes.
I was wearing new shoes this time, so that may account for some of it. You know, you always run faster in new shoes. Especially pink ones. ;)
