well, I intended to post this weekend a little. I also intended to walk or ride at least once. And drink a lot of water. And catch up on sleep. None of these things happened. I blame this game, which kept me up till 1 am last night, and is my latest obsession. Thank God I can't play it at work (it doesn't display correctly in 1600x1024, and my monitor is only full-screen at that resolution), or it would probably get me fired.
Saturday was Harry Potter* at 10 am, and a lot of junk food. Sunday, I rebounded with a 25-point day, so hopefully Saturday won't catch up with me. My weight was up to 180-even today, which is a little disappointing. I'm optimistic that it will go back down to the 170s by tomorrow, since I've upped the water and downed (?) the food today. If I could post a Wednesday weigh-in in the 178-179 range, there may be some scale-dancing going on.
*Which I thought was a beautiful movie, but my least favorite of the three. I can see why the guy's a good director, but I didn't think that his style suited this particular movie very well. Too many subplots were left out, things were under-explained, and sometimes the prettiness of the filming (I want to say cinematography, but that sounds pretentious to me and is probably the wrong word anyway) took some of the magic out of Hogwarts for me. If that makes any sense. I'm not sure really how to put into words the quality that was missing from this one compared to the earlier films, I just know that I missed it.
