check it out--I completed a whole diet log! Accurately, even.
Of course, I haven't gotten all the way through the day, but it's looking good so far. There may be some minor edits, but I don't foresee changing anything I plan to eat tonight, or the exercise I plan to do. And even if I don't work out at all, I'm still within my flexpoints. Woo!
And the scale says 181.5. To which I say, "Bah!"
Anyhoo, I've got a realtor coming to my house tonight to discuss things like comparative market analysis and any cosmetic updates or repairs which could make the house sell in, like, 35 seconds (which I'm hoping it will, while knowing it won't). It's my first meeting with a realtor as the seller rather than the buyer, so I'm a little nervous. She's probably going to look at me for all of 10 seconds before she figures out that I have nary a clue how to do this. Wish me luck.
Otherwise, not much is going on. I've been trying out a new organizational system I call the "Five Things" plan. Each day I choose 5 work-related things that must get done that day, and put them on 5 post-its. Then I do the same thing with 5 personal tasks. I stick all 10 post-its to my monitor, throwing them away as they are completed. When my monitor's clear, I've accomplished everything I set out to do for the day. So far it's not working worth a damn, and there's some serious post-it waste going on. But I'm trying, anyway.
