I drank a lot more water this weekend. I still didn't drink as much as I do during the week, but it was a pretty big improvement. I'd like to say I didn't eat nearly as much, but I'm pretty sure that would be a big fat lie. Sunday was exactly as planned, though...except for the walk I didn't take. So that's also something.
As for the non-diet stuff, it was an extraordinarily productive weekend. I finally got all the laundry done in one weekend, which hasn't happened since...well, ever. The house is also clean and vacuumed, except for the bathrooms, and all the church stuff was done in plenty of time. In those respects, I rule.
Today, I was at 182. This is not necessarily bad, since we went to see Shrek 2 on Saturday, and there was some popcorn. Also, the steak last night was a heavy sort of meal. I'm hoping to be a little lighter tomorrow, especially since I haven't really been hungry all day, and the apple and peanut butter I ate 20 minutes ago is probably going to be my lunch. Unless I get hungry in the afternoon (where I put a package of trail mix into the plan, just in case), my whole day will be less that 20 points. Do you have any idea when my last sub-20-point day was? Never, that's when. :)
