Good news: My local grocery store has started carrying Oregon Chai concentrate, with which I can make a passable drink at home and save myself about $4/week. And I can make them non-fat without a complicated exchange with the coffeehouse guy. Also, no need to tip.
Bad news: With the concentrate in my house, just sitting there, I have to fight the urge to drink the entire box in one day.
Good news: Today I start back on my pill cycle, and I should drop some of the water I'm carrying.
Bad news: With the way I've been eating lately, that won't be enough to save me at next weigh-in.
I was going to write more of these, but if you'll excuse me, the chai is calling.
I know what you mean about the Oregon Chai. I love that stuff! Can you get the "Slightly Sweetened" version at your store? It's a few less calories and tastes the same to me. I have a harder time finding it though.

I don't remember if slightly sweetened was there or not..they had several varieties. I do think the slightly sweet would be better for me, though...the original's a little too sugary. Makes me dizzy if I drink too much.
