MONDAY

11-mile bike ride, 55 minutes: 7 (I changed this to 30-min moderate, 25-min fast biking on ww online, since I feel like I did push myself during the first 30 minutes--my average speed was 2 mph faster than usual. My bike just isn't very fast.)

TUESDAY

3.7 mi walk, 60 minutes: 5
