Week two of the 6-day schedule--Champions Fit Sat, Mon, Tues, Thurs; Walk Away the Pounds every other Sunday, every other Wed, Fri; fat-burning workout (weight training) Tues and Fri. Every week I have either Sunday or Wednesday off. This week it's Wednesday.
