well, I guess that gallon of water I drank yesterday (not really--more like 2L) helped. I was a loverly 192.5 on the scale this morning. Of course, I also restarted the vitamins and the BC pills, and my TOM went away. Whatever the cause(s), I'm liking it. Now, if I can just sustain it through Saturday...
There's a little baby hurricane (Claudette, category 1) that's supposed to be making landfall just southwest of here sometime today. I'm a little nervous about it, but we should just get a lot of rain and the occasional gusty wind. Maybe a tornado, probably some flooding. My house isn't in the flood plain (is it plain or plane?), so I should stay dry inside. Some of the roads on the way home will probably have some standing water, though.
This also means that I can't exercise outside like I had planned for today, and probably not for the next few days. I think I'm going to have to do the WATP 1-mile instead of a 20 minute walk tonight, which comes out to about the same anyway. This week's also got a little variation on the schedule, so I've got FBW upper body slated for tonight as well. Should be, um, fun. My shoulders are going to be pretty frickin' tired, I can tell you that. Then the 3-mile WATP tomorrow...I may not be able to move my arms by Friday. :)
So yeah, things are going well...scale's finally movin' on down. I'm hoping for a 3-lb. loss on Saturday (192 on the WW scale). Anyone want to place any bets on whether or not I get it?
