Exercise Log - Week 26 (7/5/03)

Like the diet log, half the week's gone before I even got started here. I'm starting some new stuff this week and the beginning of next--Walk Away the Pounds routines and marathon training (no, seriously). This should put me well above my 12-point goal for many weeks to come. Whoa, where did that come from? Was that ever a goal? No, what I meant to say was..."me within striking distance of a 26 point adjusted average for many weeks to come." D'oh!

WEDNESDAY

1-mile WATP workout: 2
(I'm probably reaching, calling this a 2-point workout. In the future, it will probably be 1 point. Since this was my first time doing the workout, though, and my body wasn't used to the movements, I gave it a 2.)

THURSDAY

2-mile WATP workout: 2
3 minutes of jogging before I said, "screw this, I'm a walker": 1

FBW, lower body, 2 sets of everything: 2

FRIDAY

2-mile WATP workout: 2
3-mile WATP workout: 3
