Exercise 4/2/03 - 4/8/03

The goal is to burn 2000 calories in exercise this week.

Total calories burned for the week: 240

My medical problems have recurred preventing me from working out for at least a few days. I'm going to watch the diet and try not to lose any ground. Hopefully, I'll be able to start lifting again early next week as long as I don't do legs. Cardio should be fine by Monday.

30 minutes: 240 Calories burned
