Exercise Log - Week 11 (3/19/03)

Since I've started getting up earlier in the morning to walk, the exercise goal has become very doable. I found a route around my neighborhood that is right at 3.2 miles, and I can finish in just about an hour. By choosing a calorie number slightly over halfway between the treadmill's number (450) and the fitday number (180), I come up with a calorie count (350) that I can live with. If I can get in the habit of doing that at least 3 times a week, and the FBWs 3-4 times a week, I can hit 1200 - 1400 calories pretty consistently.

There's a big "if" in there, though. I'm not much of a morning person.

(3/21/03) Man, have I been slacking this week! It's Friday, and still no exercise. The worst part of it is that the weather's been beautiful and I'm just wasting it. Sigh.

Total calories burned for week: 515

MONDAY

1 hour walk (about 3 mi): 350

TUESDAY

15 minute walk: 85
FBW upper body, 2 sets: 80
