I did pretty well with the exercise last week, and I'm going to try to continue that trend. I've been doing the fat-burning workout every other day, but that doesn't really burn a whole lot of calories, and only lasts 10-15 minutes in my current, not-trying-to-kill-myself implementation of it. So until I can get up to the point that it's taking 20 minutes and about 150-200 calories, I'm going to have to supplement a little cardio on the off days.
This week, I'm doing the first two sets of the FBW, and I'll be doing it on Wed., Fri., Sun., and Tues. I'll probably get on the bike Saturday, if it doesn't rain. But it's supposed to rain, so I may end up at the gym instead. We'll see.

FBW, upper body, 1 3 lb set, 1 5 lb set: 80
walking, about 15 minutes: 80

one hour walk, probably about 3 miles: 350

I was going to do the FBW upper body today, but screw it. My hips hurt from walking (I think I need to invest in better shoes) and I don't feel like it.
