Exercise goal remains the same this week--burn 1000 calories, whatever it takes.

Total exercise calories for the week: 330

MONDAY

walked to daycare to pick up Noah: 100

biceps and chest portion of FBW*: 30

TUESDAY

lower body & abs FBW*: 200
