I was going to do weight training today, but my arms and chest are so sore I can barely move them anymore. Stretching actually makes it worse (then again, maybe I'm just stretching wrong). So screw it. This looks like great day for cardio. And abs.

TUESDAY
39 minutes on treadmill @3 mph: 303 cal. (I told the treadmill to stop me at 300 cal.--I'm going to the gym tonight, too.)
25 minutes on efx: 280
shoulder presses - 25 @ 10-20 lbs.
bicep curls - 42 @ 10 lbs.
tricep rope - 33 @ 10-20 lbs.
ab crunches - 45
