I'm going to try to turn over a new leaf with the exercise this week. That is, I'm actually going to do some.
Total exercise for week: 1 hour
SATURDAY
24Cycle class at 24-hour fitness: 30 min. (I couldn't make it through the full hour)
MONDAY
life-cycle bike thingie: 15 minutes
incline press, 15 lbs: 3 sets of 10 reps, about 5 minutes
wandering around the gym because it was so freakin' crowded there were no machines available that didn't intimidate me: 10 minutes
walking around Target looking for dumbbells so I can do all but the leg exercises at home: 20 minutes
Total exercise time: 30 minutes (just gave the wandering and shopping 10 minutes)
